Ok, so we have the 10 mile run this Saturday morning and if I'm honest, I'm not really ready but we're doing it anyway!

So, this week I've been dreading the workouts so I thought I would try to run 3 days in a row. I was worried a little about being too sore or hurting my knee but, no pain, no gain.

Well, after some time off I re-started my training this morning. Mon/Wed/Friday are workout days and Tuesday/Thurs/Sat are running days.

So when I had the first surgery for the kidney stone my weight was 217lbs. Last Wednesday, I went back to get the tube removed and I weighed in at 210lbs!!! .

I've not worked out since this thing with the kidney stone began 2 weeks and 2 days ago. This morninig I woke up at 6 and worked out for an hour.

This past weekend was the spring tourney that Ronnie and I always fish. We fished through some of the worst conditions ever but ended up landing 1st place!

Dawn I went to Lake Ozarks for a couple day retreat just her and I (no Mackenzie) and on the way down I was stricken with a sharp pain in my side/back which later was diagnosed as a kidney stone.

I've been training since January 3rd to run a relay race in the annual Go St. Louis marathon. To prepare, I thought I would run the 5 mile run in for St. Patricks day.
